Wim Pollmann

Wim Pollmann – a family business since 1890 – is a specialty store for table culture, situated in the city centre of Arnhem.
The project of the expansion of the store was to include adjacent, historical cellars, and therefore realizing an important gain of the sales space.
Preserving the exceptional architecture of the cellars, we designed a shop layout that made a seamless connection with the existing space of the shop.
Besides this integration of a contemporary shop concept in a historical setting, where justice is done to both styles, we designed a new groundfloor including a cookshop and shopwindows.
